I am not able to take a screenshot from my Samsung F12 which I just bought it 2 days ago.
By pressing volume key and switch butten simultaneously I see only 3 option of shut down restart and emergency.
I think you are just pressing the power button, so you see these 3 options.
You have to press the Power Button and the Volume Down Button simultaneously.
