How to Screen Record on Samsung Galaxy M54

In this depth guide, I have shown you two ways to successfully record the screen in the Samsung Galaxy M54.

The reason behind my sharing two methods is that if one fails, you have another option. Currently, this setting is only available on select Samsung smartphones running on One UI 3.1 and Android 11.

METHOD #1: Screen Record on Galaxy M54 With Screen Record Icon

The Samsung Galaxy M54 comes with a built-in screen recorder that makes it easy to capture your screen without having to download any additional apps. Here’s how to use it:

  • Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Panel.
  • Tap the Screen Recorder icon.
  • To record your voice, tap the Microphone icon.
  • Tap Start Recording.
  • The screen recorder will start recording your screen.
  • When you’re finished recording, tap the Stop Recording icon.
  • Your screen recording will be saved to the Gallery app.

Now the screen recording will start in your phone and you will see a countdown clock, along with many options at the top of your screen such as the pen tool to make pictures, enable or disable the picture-in-picture feature and when your screen recording is finished, just tap on the stop icon button.

Tips for Screen Recording

Here are a few tips for getting the most out of your screen recording:

  • Use the microphone to record your voice. This is great for tutorials or gameplay videos.
  • Use the drawing tools to annotate your screen recording. This can be helpful for adding arrows, circles, or other shapes to your video.
  • Trim your screen recording after you’ve finished recording it. This will remove any unnecessary footage from your video.
  • Share your screen recording with others. You can share it on social media, email it to a friend, or upload it to a video hosting site.

METHOD #2: How to Screen Record Without the Built-In Screen Recorder

If you don’t want to use the built-in screen recorder, there are a number of third-party screen recorders that you can download from the Google Play Store.

Some of these screen recorders offer features that the built-in screen recorder doesn’t, such as the ability to record in high definition or to record your screen and your microphone at the same time.

Screen Recorder App
  1. First, open your Play Store and search XRecorder.
  2. Then click on the Install button and open it.
