  1. Got mine to work when i goto settings, apps, messages. Scroll down to Defaults section. Check make sure the “Set as default” is selected to “in this app” setting. Then below that is the “Messaging app” setting. Make sure its in the “Messages” setting. Because mine was selected in a different app called the SMS Backup & Restore which is an old app that i used to have on my note 10+ and note 8. I deleted that app because i dont need it anymore. Then problem fixed.

  2. My Samsung Z Fold 4 will periodically reset all of my individually set contact ringtones and the primary ringtone to the Samsung default system ringtone requiring me to go through all of those individual contacts wherein I had specific ringtones set. Please advise?
