    • I’ve only had this phone for about 5 months, and I just keep experiencing 1 issue after another… interface issues… pictures not being displayed.. apps not letting me sign in on mobile.. i’ve tried everything. Airplane mode, taking out SD card, clearing cache, restarting phone… still the issues persist… So frustrating.

  1. Samsung galaxy a32 randomly turns off by itself and only way to turn on is to hard start by pressing volume down and power key for 20 seconds. When it comes on it’s good for awhile and then the same problems persists. It often just loses service first for several hours and then if you’re lucky enough to have service.the phone randomly shuts off multiple times a day. Is it the phone? Never had these issues with any other android Samsung product.

  2. I had 2 A32’s & within 1 month the phone started to turn off & on & then screen froze & just looks jumbled. The second one started doing the same thing 2 months later. I did factory reset & did not install any apps & it still did the same thing. Samsung Tracfone & the All State extend warranty are all garbage & useless as noone wants to admit there’s a problem on a $300 phone & will not take responsibility & replace it. $55 on the extended warranty only to be told I need to pay another $40 as a deductible! All the A series phones are junk as I had a A20 that didn’t even last a year. And Tracfone gives you a $40 phone as a replacement instead of replacing it with equal value!

  3. Galaxy A-32 is the most aggravating phone I have ever had. I watched and read a lot of reviews before buying two and nowhere were these problems mentioned. I have the same complaints as everyone else here. Battery, one of its selling points, will go from nearly fully charged to 0% overnight when the phone is off. Turns itself off frequently in the middle of calls. Shows a digitized screen, similar to the old ‘Blue Screen of Death.’ Tracfone offers temporary fixes on how to reboot and then asks if the phone rebooted. When you say it did, they say well they can’t do anything if it’s working. The phones are so bad I will never buy another Samsung and will probably drop Tracfone too.
