  1. I had the same problem. Turn on Airplane mode for 10 seconds and turning off. As soon as I turned it off my phone started dinging and all the message I was supposed to get over the last 2 days came in all at once.
    I can’t tell you how many things I tried including call my provider. What a simple fix.

  2. I just received my new Nord 10
    Model BE2026. It was obvious that the cell phone box itself had been previously opened which was immediate cause for concern. This phone was purchased from Amazon as a NEW Unlocked phone. For these reasons I did not place my Verizon SIm card into the phone. When I started the phone I TMobile appeared. I was unsuccessful at my attempts using ##786# & *#*#786*#. If they come New and Unlocked, why is TMobile showing on my phone? Why doesn’t the code work to check if it’s refurbished?

  3. I like the Nord 10 5g very much it’s got all the power it needs to play every game on max visual setting. I have had it a year now. The only problem I have had and it’s new one is when I make or receive phone calls the screen goes black like it’s off and I cant get the screen to wake up. So you can’t hang up or use the screen in any way. It will come back on once the other party hangs up. Now there might be a setting somewhere that isn’t right. Around the time it started it did a bunch of wired stuff while in my pocket.
