  2. When I click on a contact and then the text icon (to see any past texts from them), THEN go back to the main text screen, it shows the last person who’s text I looked at, NOT the last text I received. This never happened on my old Samsung. What is going on and how do I fix this?

Also, in looking at a previous text history, the screen kept jumping (or ghosting). Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

  4. My problem is the unresponsiveness and lagginess in the interface. I have done all of the options for both issues and those solutions plus the factory reset button doesn’t work. At this point I think im going to give a repair shop one chance to try and fix it and if not then Ill sell my phone and go with a different brand. I loved Samsung phones and TVs but the a03s has been the WORST phone I have ever had. I miss my LG V20

  5. Can not hear person on phone call. Have to turn speaker on to use, which is not really good idea in a store to have everyone hear conversation. Also, phone does not have WiFi Calling app. This phone is a replacement for first one that would not open when tapping screen. Appears Samsung makes nothing but junk.

  11. Disney + app will not work.

I cannot play movies on the phone.

When it fails to load a film it also messes with youtube and makes it choppy laggy video with perfect sound.

i can chromecast disney + 90% of the time.

I have factory reset it, installed disney + with the apps it comes with no others and it still doesn’t work.

  12. I would like to add two more issues to your list.
    1) Once my call is connected, single keypad presses for navigating through phone menus works, but keypad presses for entering data such as account numbers and the like, does not seem to work. I believe that once the call is connected, the keypad is then involved in sending DTMF tones. Other versions of Samsung have settings for long or short lengths of time for transmitting the tones. The AO3s seems not to have that option. Of course I do not know if DTMF timing is even the issue.

    2) My screen times out in just a few seconds when the phone app is active, and this is regardless of the screen time out setting. This is a big annoyance!!

  13. Thank you, Sahu.
This is a new one (not listed in yours).
Screen touch prompts a sequence of flashing apps for example, just one tap on the screen to respond to a WhatsApp message will WA call the contact, turn on the torch, open a number of profile pics of other WhatsApp contacts, stop the audio, open sms … when the screen is calm again, it will not respond to touch and I need to restart the screen in order to get a needed response.
Could you please help me with this issue?
I currently do not use a screen guard.
