Hi. My one plus nord 200 5 g refuses to turn bAck on, and its charging now but no light comes on so im not sure whats wrong. Its a new phone so its not damaged please help! I cant afford another phone right now
Another flaw…while on a call screen goes black and the only way to turn it back on is the power button. Tapping on the screen does nothing!
Volume control is for media only and not for phone ring volume control.
To turn ring volume to silent/vibrate either scroll down from the top of phone and tap on “bell” ring or the side volume control plus the “equalizer” to set silent/vibrate…not like a single control knob like most other lower ends/4g or other devices.
Annoying..but hey it’s a 5g
N200= 1 1/2 star
@Sara..I had that problem but then I mess around and find that turning on “Ambient display” works for me. When phone is charging black screen with time floating.
Setting…Display…Ambient Display ..and turn ON.
Good luck
Hi. On 16 December 2021 I turned on my phone and it suddenly and unexpectedly discs factory reset on its own. I have been so frustrated because I’ve only had it a few months. An excellent T-mobile rep set me up when I went from Sprint to them. Now this!! I lost everything except pictures that were on a micro SD card. I’m sorry I got this phone. Thanks for a great article.
I am having an issue with signing on to apps with fingerprint. Somedays its available and other days it is not, however I can’t find the setting for using fingerprints to sign on to apps, e.g., bank app, .. any help is greatly appreciated….
I am having an issue with the camera. It is stuck in black and white.
No solution found. I have the same problem for few weeks and I’ve done everything from clearing cache, installing other camera app(s) to factory reset and camera is still misbehaving. Probably best to buy a new phone unless you can wait for the next software update that may not even fix this bug
one plus nord n200 5g after recent update cannot connect to carrier
N200 Nord camera went to a totally bright white hazey background and have have zero ideas how to get it back to normal. The selfie camera colors are fine…But not the main cameras
Sometimes a message appears on my home screen but doesn’t show up in my Messages app that came with my new N200. How can I get such messages to also show up in my Messages. The messages on the home screen are not complete.
I now have 3 small floating menus on my Nord N200 5g that I can’t get rid of. When one of them is over top an icon I need, I have to move them out of the way to access the icon.
The three menus are identical. The bottom circle in the floating menu is a shortcut which allows shortcut accessibility functions from the lock screen. I can remove this button from the floating menu by going to System->Accessiblity and deactivate the “Shortcut from lock screen” option. However, I can’t figure out how to get rid of the menus themselves.
Since this last update Customization is completely gone, I can’t get to Ambient light or canvas or clock to add my Bitmoji to it. Can anyone tell me how to get to these items or where to find them?
Had an old One+ X that I used RideWithGPS on without problems on my bicycle.
Now have a One+ N200 RideWithGPS (and Strava and MapMyRide) won’t work. GPS works for about 1.5KM then stops tracking.
One+ plus says apps at fault. RWGPS says One+ at fault. I don’t care who’s at fault I’d just like it to work.
Suggestion of putting in Power Saving does not make a difference.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Hi, I hate texting and that message app. I have tried everything to get rid of the message app and I still get messages. How do I stop this and disable message app. Thank you
